Refund Policy

At George DigiWeb LLC, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital and customized services, refunds are limited and may only be issued under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
All work performed requires time, resources, and labor; therefore, once work has started, full refunds may not be possible.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

  • No work has been initiated on the project.
  • The client has paid for a service by mistake.
  • The client cancels before our team begins any research, planning, or design work.

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • A project is in progress.
  • Any part of the design or development has been completed.
  • Client delays have caused timeline changes.
  • The client changes their mind after work has begun.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Website design & development
  • Mobile app development
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, social media, content creation, etc.)
  • Logo and graphic design
  • Website maintenance services
  • Content writing services
  • Third-party purchases made on your behalf (hosting, domains, plugins, etc.)

4. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • All deposit or advance payments made to start a project are non-refundable.
  • Deposits cover initial project setup, planning, communication, and resource allocation.

5. Service Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • You will be billed for the amount of work already completed.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid before the project is considered closed.
  • No refunds will be issued for work already delivered or partially completed.

6. Quality & Performance Concerns

If you are unhappy with the quality of our work:

  • We will first attempt to resolve your concerns through revisions (within the scope of the project).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction if the work matches the agreed scope.

7. Third-Party Costs

George DigiWeb LLC is not responsible for refunding fees paid to third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Web hosting fees
  • Domain registration
  • Paid plugins or themes
  • Advertising costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Licensing fees

These refunds must be requested directly from the third-party provider.


8. Failed or Incomplete Projects Due to Client Inaction

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client becomes unresponsive
  • The client fails to provide required materials
  • The project is delayed due to client inaction
  • The client abandons the project

In such cases, the project may be placed on hold or closed without a refund.


9. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The amount will be issued using the original payment method.
