4. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per the agreed terms.

- No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work unless stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, images, logos, and materials you provide.
Project Output
After full payment:
- The website/app design becomes the property of the client.
- However, George DigiWeb LLC retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and promotional material unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images, APIs) remain the property of their respective creators.
8. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services
If hosting, domains, or third-party services are purchased through external providers:
- George DigiWeb LLC is not responsible for downtime, errors, security breaches, or failures from third-party platforms.
- Any service-specific issues must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
George DigiWeb LLC is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Downtime caused by hosting or server providers
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or software
- Cyber-attacks on external hosting platforms
- Financial losses due to website or app performance
- Errors caused by client modifications
Our liability for any service-related issue will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that service.
10. Warranties & Guarantees
We strive to deliver high-quality work. However:
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic results, or sales increases.
- Performance varies based on market conditions, competition, and external factors.
11. Termination of Services
George DigiWeb LLC reserves the right to terminate services if:
- The client violates the terms
- The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
- Payments are not made on time
Upon termination, all completed work remains the property of George DigiWeb LLC until full payment is made.
